These Terms of Service govern your use of Imagelabs. Please read them carefully — using Imagelabs means you accept everything below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Imagelabs you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must stop using Imagelabs immediately.

2. Adult Content Notice

Imagelabs contains adult, NSFW AI chat and no filter conversation. It is not appropriate for minors and it is your responsibility to ensure that adult AI companion content is legal in your jurisdiction.

3. Account & Access

You are responsible for anything that happens under your access to Imagelabs. Do not share your session with minors or anyone who has not accepted these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Imagelabs to generate content involving minors, real identifiable individuals without consent, extreme violence, illegal activities or anything that violates local law. Violations end your access to Imagelabs immediately.

5. AI Companions

Every companion on Imagelabs is an original fictional AI persona. They are not real people and any resemblance to real individuals is coincidental.

6. Privacy

Your private chats with Imagelabs companions stay inside your session. We follow the practices described in our Privacy Policy and do not sell your data.

7. Intellectual Property

All personas, artwork, copy and code on Imagelabs are owned by Imagelabs or its licensors. You may not scrape, resell or republish Imagelabs assets without written permission.

8. User Contributions

If you send us feedback, ideas or messages, you grant Imagelabs a non exclusive right to use that feedback to improve the product.

9. Third Party Services

Imagelabs may link to third party partners for chat delivery or payments. We are not responsible for the practices of those third parties.

10. Payment & Subscriptions

If you subscribe through Imagelabs or a partner, billing terms of that partner apply. Cancel any time before the next renewal to avoid charges.

11. Refunds

Digital access to Imagelabs is generally non refundable, except where required by consumer protection law.

12. Availability

We work hard to keep Imagelabs online but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upgrades or force majeure events may pause access.

13. Modifications to the Service

We may add, change or remove companions, features or sections of Imagelabs at any time to keep the product fresh.

14. Modifications to the Terms

These Terms may evolve. When we make material changes we will update the effective date at the bottom of this page.

15. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to Imagelabs if you break these Terms or if we retire the service.

16. Disclaimers

Imagelabs is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imagelabs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Imagelabs, its team and partners from any claim arising from your misuse of the platform.

19. Age Verification

Imagelabs may deploy age verification or content gating tools at any time. You must cooperate with those checks.

20. Prohibited Regions

Imagelabs may not be available in regions where adult AI content is restricted by law. You are responsible for compliance.

21. Bots & Automation

Automated access, scraping and reverse engineering of Imagelabs are prohibited.

22. DMCA & Reports

Send takedown or abuse notices to the Imagelabs contact form with full details and we will respond promptly.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Imagelabs, without regard to conflict of law principles.

24. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be handled by good faith negotiation between you and Imagelabs. Formal proceedings are a last resort.

25. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in full effect.

26. No Waiver

Failure by Imagelabs to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.

27. Entire Agreement

These Terms together with the Privacy Policy form the full agreement between you and Imagelabs.
